Mr. Kilpatrick is a Partner at Crestview Partners and joined the firm in 2009 after receiving his Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Kilpatrick works across a variety of sectors, including media and financial services. Mr. Kilpatrick is currently a director of Crestview portfolio companies Congruex, LLC, the parent company of Industrial Media and Venerable Holdings, Inc. and is a board observer of Fidelis Insurance. He was previously a director of Camping World Holdings, Inc., Accuride Corporation, NYDJ and Symbion, Inc. Mr. Kilpatrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University. Mr. Kilpatrick was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of his private equity investment and company oversight experience and background with respect to acquisitions, debt financings and equity financings.
