Mr. Martin is WOW!’s general counsel and secretary, positions he has held since joining the company in January 2000. Prior to joining WOW!, Mr. Martin served as chief operating officer and chairperson of the cable and telecommunications practice group of Howard & Howard Attorneys, PC.
He received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College, his Master of Science from Trinity College, Dublin and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame.
