Ms. Elder was appointed as CEO of the Company in December 2017. Ms. Elder has more than 25 years of experience in the cable and wireless industries, including previous CEO and President roles. She has been an officer of Vodafone, AT&T Broadband (now Comcast), Clearwire (now T-Mobile), and MediaOne among others. She is Vice Chair of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Board of Trustees and a member of the Board of C-SPAN. She has been Chair of the Management Board of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a member of the Board of Advisors to the Stanford University MSx Program and Steering Committee to Stanford Women on Boards, and served on the Board of Advisors for the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. Ms. Elder received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University, summa cum laude, and she holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Stanford University. Ms. Elder was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of her extensive executive and industry experience, in addition to her role as our Chief Executive Officer.
